Parcel Delivery
The shipping of purchased products will be carried out according to the method chosen by the user among those provided.
The purchased products will only be shipped when the user has made full payment and this has been received by the supplier. The purchase will not be considered to have been made at that point. In such cases, the contract will be deemed to have been concluded at the same time as the supplier issues the purchase confirmation email.
The supplier informs the customer that the selected product may not be in stock. In such cases, the supplier has to order the product from the warehouse, which means that delivery to the customer can take up to 15 days after the supplier has received payment. However, the provider will inform the user about this circumstance in advance.
Although there are products in stock, there may be insufficient stock in case of high demand. In this case, existing products will be delivered according to the order in which they were ordered, and users who have not received their order will be informed of the incident, as well as the estimated delivery time. This communication can be done by email.
For all purposes, delivery of the product will be considered to have been made at the time indicated on the delivery note.

Applicable guarantees
All products offered are original brand products, with factory warranty certificate and, in principle, without any defects. They all have a 3-year factory warranty, which starts working from the moment of delivery. In incidents that justify the use of the warranty, we will opt for repair, replacement of the item, discount or refund, under the legally established terms. The warranty will be void if any of the warranty information or proof of purchase information is modified, altered or replaced. Warranties do not include defects caused by negligence, blows, misuse, or materials subjected to wear and tear from normal use.
General Information
The conditions described on this page are only for orders placed from the website https://www.setpadelportugal.pt . These products can be sold throughout Portugal, including the Madeira and Azores islands, and the rest of the world.
The currency used is the euro.
The prices indicated for each product include value added tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable and, in any case, will be expressed in Euro currency (€).
The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and automatically applied by the purchasing process in the last phase thereof, including costs generated by taxes, shipping or other services. The customer assumes that in any case the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time. In any case, this will always be communicated in advance.
Any payment made to the provider will result in a confirmation email being sent to the registered user. The purchase invoice will be available for viewing or download in the SET Padel Portugal customer account the day after purchase, unless out of stock. No invoice or delivery note is included in the product delivery box.
